Terms of Service

Welcome to EcommIQ: Portal by Digital Fuel, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application for the purposes of due diligence. By accessing or using EcommIQ: Portal, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you are under no obligation to use the application.

Purpose of the App

EcommIQ: Portal is designed to facilitate the secure collection of site usage data from Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Facebook (Meta) Ads accounts. The primary purpose is to support due diligence activities for companies that have received a direct invitation from Digital Fuel Capital. While the application is publicly accessible, due diligence will only be performed for companies that have been personally contacted by us.

How We Use Your Data

  • We collect site usage data from your GA4 and Google Ads accounts solely for the purpose of conducting due diligence.
  • Collected data may be used to provide you with additional insights about your business, which may be of benefit to you.
  • We do not share your data with third parties, except as required by law or with your explicit consent.

Voluntary Participation and Opt-Out

  • Your participation in EcommIQ: Portal is entirely voluntary. You are under no obligation to use this application or provide access to your Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), or Shopify data.
  • You are responsible for disconnecting any connected platforms if you wish to stop the flow of data into EcommIQ. The following platforms may be connected: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta (Facebook), and Shopify. You may disconnect at any time via the EcommIQ Portal connectors page or by revoking access directly in each platform's account settings. Data collection will continue until you disconnect.
  • You may also opt out by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Upon opting out or disconnecting, we will cease collecting new data from your accounts and, upon request, delete any previously collected data.

Eligibility

This application is intended for use by companies invited by Digital Fuel Capital. If you have not received a direct invitation, you may still access the application, but due diligence activities will only be performed for invited companies.
